Im a Virgo Sun, Sagittarius Moon, and Libra Rising — yep, it’s a mix! Grounded, free-spirited, and always chasing balance… it fits me perfectly. I am a cat mama to Oliver, who is a black mainecoon :)

I am a sister, friend, daughter, cat mama, auntie coco- and so much more. I am grateful to be who I am and be here today to help you all in any way I can.

I was born in New Jersey and raised in Georgia, I’ve always felt deeply connected to energy and spirit. Even as a kid, I could sense things — energy shifts, inner nudges, the presence of something bigger — even if I didn’t totally get it back then. I come from a long line of intuitive women, so I guess you could say it runs in the family. 

​

Georgia shaped me in so many ways. I stayed local for school — earned my bachelor’s in Exercise Science from Kennesaw State (Go Owls!) and my master’s in Occupational Therapy from Brenau. I’ve always loved health and wellness, but Spirit clearly had some bigger plans in mind. 

​

Now I’m a psychic medium and Reiki Master, tuned in with all the clairs — clairvoyance, clairaudience, clairsentience, and claircognizance. These gifts help me connect to the spirit world and share messages that bring clarity, comfort, and healing.

​

Everything shifted when I lost my best friend right before starting grad school. Her passing cracked my heart wide open — and opened a direct line to the spirit world. I started connecting with her, and from there, my spiritual path unfolded in a way I never could’ve expected.

​

Finding Channeling Erik was a major turning point. My mom introduced me to Erik’s story, and not long after, I became a featured medium for the community. That connection — along with support from some incredible mentors (you know who you are — DR, GB!) — helped me trust my gifts and fully step into this work.

​

My parents, especially my mom, have been my biggest supporters. She’s the one who first introduced me to Reiki and never stopped reminding me of my light, even when I forgot it. I wouldn’t be here without them.

​

Today, I blend my clinical background with my spiritual gifts to offer Reiki healing, intuitive readings, mediumship, chakra balancing, and energy work. Being part of the Channeling Erik podcast has been such an honor — I’m grateful to serve as a bridge between this world and the next, delivering messages filled with love, truth, and healing.
